This report describes the Integrated Service Delivery Demonstration and Evaluation Project, which was funded for a three year period beginning June 30, 1971. Sites included the Olympic Center (Bremerton), Pioneer Square Service Center (Seattle). Skid Road Community Council, Central Area Project, and the Control Site (Bellingham). Included are a statement of need for service integration, a description of how service integration has been measured, developments leading to the project proposal, the operation and research components of the project, and significant project findings.
