Gravely Disabled Pilot Project
Client Characteristics and Initial Indicators of Change
This project (GDPP) provided integrated case management and treatment for chemical dependency. The project was implemented in seven counties: Clallam, Clark, Columbia, Snohomish, Spokane, Stevens, and Thurston. According to the legislation that established this pilot project, the GDPP was to serve clients whose chemical dependency problems had resulted in serious physical or mental health problems or exceptionally high use of treatment services or other community resources.
