Washington State Department of Social and Health Services

Washington State's Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) has drafted goals for a "balanced scorecard" with which to evaluate itself. The agency would like to obtain feedback from its constituents, residents of the state who have not used the agency's services and those who have used some of the services, about the goals it has developed. The scorecard goals cover five areas of expectation: Public value, Client service, Financial cost, Internal processes, and Learning and growth.
